Alice Ivy is operated by House of Ivy AB (company registration number 559419-5975), a company registered in Sweden.

When we refer to “Alice Ivy”, “we”, “us” or “our”, we are referring to House of Ivy AB.

Alice Ivy is a digital wellness platform created to support cyclical living, self-leadership and holistic wellbeing for women. The app is designed as a space for reflection, awareness and personal insight not as a medical or clinical tool.

By accessing or using the Alice Ivy app and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of the App

Alice Ivy exists to provide educational content, self-reflection tools and cycle awareness support. The purpose of the app is to help users better understand their own patterns, energy and wellbeing through a cyclical lens.

Alice Ivy is not a healthcare provider, medical service or medical device.

The app does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, fertility planning or contraceptive guidance. It does not monitor health conditions or replace professional care.

All content and insights are informational and reflective in nature. They are intended to support personal awareness, not medical decision-making.

If you have health concerns, you should always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Use of AI Features

Some features in Alice Ivy may be powered by artificial intelligence (“AI”), including the “Alice & Ivy” guidance tools. These tools are designed to offer reflections, educational insights and supportive prompts based on the information you choose to share.

AI systems generate responses automatically based on patterns and inputs. They do not think, feel or understand context like a human professional.

AI-generated content:

• may be imperfect or incomplete
• may not fully apply to your situation
• should be interpreted thoughtfully

AI content is for informational and self-reflection purposes only.

It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice.

You should never rely on AI-generated content for medical decisions, fertility planning, diagnosis, treatment or emergency situations.

You remain responsible for how you interpret and use AI-generated insights.

While we aim to continuously improve AI quality, we cannot guarantee accuracy or suitability for every individual.

3. No Medical or Therapeutic Relationship

Using Alice Ivy does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client or medical relationship of any kind. The app is a self-guidance and wellness tool. Any choices you make based on information in the app remain your personal responsibility.

4. Personal Responsibility & Health Decisions

Your body, your health and your decisions remain your responsibility.

By using Alice Ivy, you acknowledge that:

• cycle predictions are estimates, not guarantees
• every body is different and naturally variable
• logged data is self-reported
• insights are reflective, not diagnostic

Alice Ivy should not be used to make medical, fertility or contraceptive decisions.
The app must never be used in medical emergencies.

5. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that misuse the service or violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Features of Alice Ivy is require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled.

Cancellations and refunds are handled through your app store provider. Alice Ivy does not control their billing systems or policies.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription through your app store settings.

7. Acceptable Use

Alice Ivy is designed as a respectful and supportive space. By using the app, you agree not to:

• misuse or disrupt the platform
• attempt unauthorized access
• reverse engineer the software
• use the app for unlawful purposes
• upload harmful or misleading information

We may restrict access if the platform is misused.

8. No Guarantees

Alice Ivy is provided as it is.

We do not guarantee:

• prediction accuracy
• specific wellbeing outcomes
• uninterrupted availability
• error-free performance

Wellbeing is influenced by many factors outside our control, and the app is only one supportive tool among many.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Ivy AB is not liable for:

• health or fertility outcomes
• missed or inaccurate predictions
• decisions made based on app content
• emotional responses to content
• indirect or consequential damages
• data loss outside our reasonable control

Your use of Alice Ivy is at your own discretion and responsibility.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a stable and reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that the app will always be available or free from technical issues.

Features may evolve, change or be removed as Alice Ivy grows.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if misuse occurs.

12. Changes to These Terms

As Alice Ivy evolves, these Terms may be updated. When meaningful changes are made, we aim to communicate this appropriately. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
